Interior House Painting

All complete interior paint jobs include:

• Switch plates & window coverings need to be removed
• All flooring & any surfaces not to be painted will be masked & covered
• Holes & cracks in walls are repaired
• All walls & ceilings receive either flat or lo-sheen enamel
• All trim is sanded, prepped & painted with semi-gloss enamel
• We do full home renovations so be sure to ask about all of our other services.​

Before we begin:

Our representative, will contact you to schedule your project, get your color selections, review our processes with you & answer any questions you may have. You will need to have anything hanging on your walls taken down. Leave the nails in for things you want to hang back in the same spot. Remove the nails for the ones you do not want to re-hang. Remove any clutter & breakables. Empty the closets (if we are painting them).

During the project:

We strive for a 5 star rating on every project and it all starts with good a communication system. Your lead painter will inspect the job with you the first day of the project to review the scope of work, color selection & go over any specific concerns you may have. He will also give you a daily schedule & completion date. Any questions or concerns during the project can be relayed to the lead painter.

At completion:

Your lead painter will ask you to meet him for a final walk through to be sure you are 100% satisfied with the quality of our work, have you sign off on the project, and collect the final payment.

Maintenance:

At any time after completion if you have any problems or questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We sincerely want 100% satisfaction from all of our clients. We always leave touch up paint for you to use for normal maintenance. Please store this indoors & off of the floor. A damp cloth should be all that’s used to clean a painted surface. If this doesn’t do the trick then it is time to dip into your touch up paint!

Warranty:

All of our paint jobs come with a 10 year limited warranty that covers blistering or peeling. We do not cover drywall cracks which are considered normal maintenance.
